Q: Why have you implemented all of these changes?
A: With these changes it is our goal to save both your (the customer) and our time because we know that time is money and anything that we can do to minimize the time used for these things is a bonus.

Q: How do I access information about my TOLL material?
A: To access information about your TOLL material, click on the CUSTOMER button at the top of the page and login. Or login at anytime with the login bar at the side of the page. This will take you directly to all the information you need.

Q: How do I get a Login name and password?
A: As of now our entire TOLL customers will be issued a login name and password. If for some reason these do not work, please email the webmaster at support@greenwayindustries.com

Q: What is the new Offering format?
A: As of now, the new OFFERING format is web based. You will receive an email notifying you that there is a new OFFERING (this will be approximately every 2 weeks). The chemistries and load numbers will be located on this web site in the OFFERING page (click the OFFERING button to access this). You will also find an online form that you can fill out with your BIDS on the various loads. This form will be sent directly to Robert Rakovsky (VP, Greenway Industries Corporation). This form can also be found by clicking on the CUSTOMER link at the top and following instructions.
